Registered psychotherapist at Three Lamps. Warm, direct, practical work with adults and couples.
Anna works with people who want to understand themselves and the patterns underneath distress — especially when old ways of coping have stopped working. That can include anger, shame, anxiety, addiction and recovery, workplace stress, redundancy, and the pressure of change.
She supports people with complex PTSD and trauma, depression, and relationship conflict, including communication, infidelity, and polyamory. She offers an affirming space for LGBTQI+ clients. Approaches include psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and ACT. Short-term work is available after a specific event; ongoing work is for longer-standing concerns.
Registered with PBANZ. Member of APANZ (Rainbow Rōpū) and a registered practitioner member of DAPAANZ. Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, AUT, and a Certificate of Counselling, University of London.
The first meeting is to see whether it is a fit. To enquire about a time, email or text Anna directly. Three Lamps does not take bookings for clinicians.
